What this website collects

Nothing automatically. The enquiry and refund forms do not send your details to us or to any third party when you fill them in. They prepare a message that you choose to send yourself, by email or Instagram direct message.

What we receive when you contact us

Only what you put in your message, such as your name, how to reach you, and details of your enquiry or refund request. Please never send a full card number. The last four digits are enough to help us find a payment.

How we use it

To reply to you, to sort out a refund or machine problem, and to keep a record of it. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing you did not ask for.

Where it is kept

Emails sit in our Google Workspace account and Instagram messages in Instagram, both under their own privacy terms. Refunds are processed through our payment provider.

Your rights

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Email info@fuelupvending.co.nz.
